Lately there’s been a lot of talk about exit interviews. CEP Magazine Editor-in-Chief Joe Murphy has posted about the value to a compliance and ethics program of exit interviews. And recently, SCCE & HCCA conducted a poll on the topic and received 480 responses.

Sadly, only 27% of respondents participate to some degree in exit interviews (just 8% participate in all of them), while just 32% of those who don’t participate (the other 73%) at least provide some of the questions to be addressed during the interview. This means that roughly half the time, compliance neither participates in nor provides for exit interviews.
