◆ Clarification: In the printed version of the July 31 RMC, the story on proposed payments for health-related social needs incorrectly stated that practitioners aren’t allowed to bill both community health integration (CHI) and chronic care management for the same patient in the same month.[1] CMS said instead that practitioners wouldn’t be able to co-bill CHI and home health services for the same patient in the same month.
