The modernization of our association really began several years ago with the building of COSMOS, our digital publishing platform, which has had numerous enhancements over the last couple of years. Then, in early 2023, we implemented a brand-new association management system through which we serve our members. This was a complicated and sometimes challenging implementation, but it will pay off through numerous efficiencies and better ways of serving you.
