April is Celebrate Diversity Month, a practice that began in 2004. There are other celebrations of diversity throughout the year, but we’ve chosen April to include an article from our Diversity & Inclusion Working Group.[1]

The topic of diversity and inclusion is one that has received a lot of attention recently, and deservedly so. 2020 brought racial inequities to the forefront of our minds and to the front pages of the newspapers, especially in the United States. And it has resulted in some wonderful and challenging conversations that I hope will lead to positive change.
