42 U.S. Code § 18921. Definitions

In this subchapter:
(1) Director
The term “Director” means the Director of the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
(2) Enrollment of needy students
The term “enrollment of needy students” has the meaning given the term in section 1058(d) of title 20.
