The GCPG cites both the U.S. Sentencing Commission^[2] and OIG’s Practical Guidance for Health Care Boards on Compliance Oversight.^[3] Here is a checklist for compliance officers and boards that will help them assess whether their compliance oversight responsibilities are meeting the government’s expectations.
