I have been staring at a blank screen for the past week, without inspiration for my column. I am now woefully past due. Because it takes time to publish a magazine like this, I am writing this column in mid-March. This week all the schools in my area have closed, I can’t find toilet paper in the stores, and I have been told that I shouldn’t go out of the house. The healthcare community is preparing for the worst, and you may be experiencing it. I hope that as you read this, the actions we are taking today have served you well.
