Updates: How often is often enough?

I’m curious, so bear with me. How often do you update your training? Yearly? Every other year? Never? Did anyone answer with a frequency more than yearly? The answer was most likely, “It depends.” And I would agree. Here are some things to consider.

Did any material content change since its creation?It’s absolutely necessary to ensure the information in your training is accurate. Even if you don’t update anything else, like the layout or graphics, make sure you update any internal information (e.g., policies, procedures, or links to other resources) as well as any external information, such as updates to laws and regulations.
