Tool for Auditing Compliance With Provider-Based Requirements

This tool was developed by Novant Health, which has hospitals, outpatient centers and physician offices in North and South Carolina and Virginia. Novant has a task force that evaluates whether new clinics should be provider based or freestanding, depending on the types of services, revenue they will generate, location, 340B drugs and other factors.
