Risk vs. Growth

In compliance, I always have worries as my business grows. It’s the “prepare for the worst” side of my brain that acknowledges that growth can be fraught with risk. I want to make sure that my organization can sustain what we’re already doing while also focusing on growth. That’s the balancing act — focusing on B (growth) without losing sight of A (current operations).
