Nurturing board relationships

In my last column, I discussed engaging and sustaining a relationship with the board of directors that is relevant.[1] The strategy to sustaining a healthy relationship with the board is just as practical as sustaining any other healthy relationship; it requires constant communication and must be tailored to the individual.
