No-Deal Brexit blocked

After a chaotic several weeks in which U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson attempted to prorogue Parliament, companies streamed across the Channel into The Netherlands, the Queen stepped in to rubber stamp two opposing decisions and the U.K. passed the Benn Bill (European Union [Withdrawal] [No. 2] Act 2019, c. 26), which extends the Brexit deadline to Jan. 31, 2020, if no deal is agreed upon with the EU by Oct. 19, 2019.
