President Biden on Oct. 29 proposed to repeal a rule requiring review of most regulations every 10 years.[1] The Securing Updated and Necessary Statutory Evaluations Timely (SUNSET) rule, finalized in the waning days of the Trump administration, said rules expire if they aren’t reviewed in a decade, but the new proposal would reverse that.
