◆Millcreek Community Hospital, a general hospital in Erie, Pennsylvania, has agreed to pay $2.451 million to settle false claims allegationsthat it billed Medicare and Medicaid for medically unnecessary inpatient rehabilitation services, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania said July 15.
