Human Trafficking Prevention in the Supply Chain

On January 29, 2015, revisions to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) were published to create new, comprehensive human trafficking prevention requirements for government contractors.[2] Although specifically directed to government contractors, these new regulations have broad implications for corporate compliance programs generally for both government contractors and noncontractors alike.
