    • The distinctions between clinical research and innovative medical treatment may be blurred. This presentation will discuss the reasons for the differences between the two, the reasons for those distinctions, and the risks of ignoring those differences

    • Topics covered will include humanitarian use devices, emergency use authorization, and emerging therapies, such as therapies for Covid-19

    • Participants will evaluate how to use these distinctions to align their internal procedures to make sure they are mitigating risk
