GRC v. IRM: Does the name really matter?

Governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) is a well-established practice while integrated risk management (IRM) is a relatively new concept. Does the name really matter? Is it the concept that’s important, or is it also imperative that the naming be rebranded?
