I recently ran across some interesting research findings that were published in 2014 in Psychological Science, a journal of the Association for Psychological Science. And their application to compliance and ethics training seems pretty obvious.

Compliance and ethics officers continually are challenged to make training both interesting and effective. The goal is to deliver the essential information, and to do so requires some creativity to keep the audience interested.
