For any organization, an effective investigations program includes having a reporting hotline and people to conduct the investigation. However, it’s also about having a dedicated and skilled team that can be objective and independent in their response and consistent in their approach. As such, building an effective investigations program should include the following five steps to ensure your program is successful.
