    • Using data to develop board reporting that demonstrates the worth of a compliance office, provides oversight assurance necessary for proper oversight, and helps change cultural strong holds, resulting in demonstrated effectiveness and program entrenchment

    • Establishing and communicating internal benchmarking for a year-over-year reporting with a focus on value of identifying patterns and practices and messaging to the audience, including deliberate messaging for the oversight body and what they need to know

    • Presenters cover lessons learned in their experience in creating and delivering board messages; including strategies for working within allotted time, and addressing the broader compliance micro-cultures; presenters plan to provide samples and examples
