Cybersecurity breakdown of popular remote meeting apps

Mozilla, creator of the Firefox browser and a stalwart proponent of privacy and cybersecurity, ranked the most popular remote meeting apps according to privacy criteria.[1] The results show that the majority of the apps met Mozilla’s minimum-security requirements. Zoom, which has faced reports of privacy and security lapses[2] since it gained immense popularity during the COVID-19 pandemic, scored 5/5 on the test.
