The types and location of breaches have shifted, according to data presented by Serena Mosley-Day, senior advisor for HIPAA compliance and enforcement at the HHS Office for Civil Rights, at the National HIPAA Summit in Arlington, Virginia, on March 3 (see story, p. 1).
